Customer function catering request form
- A Catering Request Form must be completed and submitted for all orders – phone/email orders will not be accepted.
- Minimum 48hrs notice is required
- Please ensure all required fields are completed prior to submitting your request
- Please enter all order specifics for custom requests in the notes/box provided below
- The Catering Manager will send a tax invoice and proof of payment to the Requester for all placed orders
