The Metropolitan Hospitality Group Has Acquired Innovations Catering

The Metropolitan Hospitality Group is delighted to formally announce the acquisition of Innovations Catering.

Under the ownership and management of the esteemed Bob Rawlins, Innovations has been a mainstay of the Western Australian catering and events industry for two decades. The Metropolitan Hospitality Group will retain Bob’s services and he will continue to assist Innovation’s present and future customers.

Christian Fogliani, CEO of The Metropolitan Hospitality Group, said it was important the transition be as seamless as possible, and he has plans to expand services in the future.

“Innovations will continue to provide current and future guests with impeccable service and an impressive culinary range. This is something we are passionate about maintaining. Going forward, The Metropolitan Hospitality Group will be investing in equipment, personnel, and marketing that will enhance the guest experience and keep up-to-date with global trends,” he said.

The team at The Metropolitan Hospitality Group is thrilled with this acquisition, and its growth within the thriving Western Australian hospitality sector.

The Metropolitan Hospitality Group is a locally owned hospitality business, focused on sustainable and socially responsible practices. The team is proud of its diversity and inclusivity, with a strong female participation rate, and a commitment to employing and empowering Indigenous staff.
