The Metropolitan Hospitality Group Secures Long-Term Contract With
The City of South Perth

The Metropolitan Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the recent renewal of a long-term contract with the City of South Perth.

Since early 2020, Indigo Bay has provided premium end-to-end catering and events hosted by the City of South Perth in a variety of function spaces: onsite at the Council’s function areas, events on the Swan River foreshore overlooking the city of Perth, and large public outdoor concerts and events.

Christian Fogliani, CEO of The Metropolitan Hospitality Group, said it was the continuation of a great relationship, and reward for years of hard work during the pandemic.

“We are immensely proud to continue with the City of South Perth as their catering and event partner in this long-term capacity, and we look forward to continuing to provide our genuine warmth, premium guest services, and innovative culinary experiences for many more years to come,” he said.
